Does rDLPFC activity alter trust? Evidence from a tDCS study

Trust plays an important role in the human economy and people’s social lives. is affected by various factors related to many brain regions, such as dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC). However, few studies have focused on impact of DLPFC trust through transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), although abundant psychology neuroscience theoretically discussed possible link between activity trust. In present study, we aimed provide evidence a causal relationship rDLPFC behavior conducting multiple rounds classical game applying tDCS over rDLPFC. We found that overall, anodal increased compared with cathodal sham stimulation, while results different stages were not completely same. Our work indicates excitability provides new direction for future research.
